Pink Sparkles.

Hello, it’s time for a new challenge over at Sarah Hurley Challenges and the theme this month is “Pink Sparkles”.

I decided to make a card that could be used for a new baby or just for someone who likes pink, sparkles, elephants and stars.  I used the Elephant Tinchie and distressed it with Memento ink, them popped her onto a sparkly star die cut.  I made the awesome chevrons using Borders, Banners and Corners stamp set, I used a pink Memento ink pad, then used the second generation ink to create the shadow chevron, it is the first time I have done this and I love it.  The pink stamped corners from the set too, they are so versatile.  The sentiment comes from the Wish Upon A Star stamp set.  I distressed around the card too, you can never have too much pink 😉

I am delighted with this card, as it is my first real “inky” creation. I hope you join us this time.

Crafty Creations – Babies
